Škoda surpassed the 1 million mark once again in 2025, increasing its production by 15 percent. This marks the brand's highest figure in the last six years. In addition to vehicle production, Škoda has also accelerated its component manufacturing. Škoda has produced over 329,000 battery systems for electric vehicles, as well as over 1 million transmissions and over 500,000 motors.

Škoda's electric vehicle offensive has also been reflected in production figures. Production at the Czech brand's main factory in Mlada Boleslav reached 605,600 vehicles, a 4.9% increase compared to the previous year. Thanks to high demand and production flexibility, Škoda's fully electric compact SUV model, the Elroq, has reached a production figure of 112,500 units since the start of series production in January 2025. The larger SUV model, the Enyaq, followed with approximately 77,000 units produced. At the plant, where the Elroq and Enyaq family of vehicles are produced along with the Fabia, Scala, Octavia, and Kamiq models, internal combustion and electric vehicles can be produced on the same production line.
Production at the Kvasiny plant, where Škoda produces the Kodiaq, Octavia, and Karoq models, increased by 21% to 301,000 units. Due to high demand for Skoda's large SUV model, the Kodiaq, the brand expanded its production line at this facility and produced the one millionth Kodiaq in 2025.
The brand's international production network continues to expand
The Vietnam factory, a significant step in Škoda's globalization strategy, began operations in 2025 with the Slavia and Kushaq models. India, meanwhile, continues to rapidly progress towards becoming Škoda's second main production center outside of Europe with four different models. Production increased by 125% to 73,800 units, and the new Kylaq SUV model made a strong market entry there. Furthermore, Škoda production continued at full speed in facilities in Slovakia, China, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. Škoda aims to continue its focus on electrification, its global production network, and growth in new markets in 2026.
