Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport Secures Double Victory in GT4 European Series at Spa

Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport GT4 European Series campaign reached a historic milestone with a double victory during the third round of the championship at Belgium's Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Thomas Rackl and Gabriele Piana claimed victory in both races with the BMW M4 GT4, delivering the team's best-ever weekend in the series.

Competing during the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa event, Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport demonstrated strong pace and strategic execution throughout the weekend. After starting 15th in the opening race, Rackl and Piana fought through the field to secure victory with an impressive performance.

The duo maintained their momentum in the second race, taking the lead early and successfully controlling the event despite a safety car period. The second consecutive win marked the first double victory weekend for Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport GT4 European Series competition.

The team's second BMW M4 GT4, driven by Yağız Gedik and Batı Yıldırım, also impressed by finishing second in the Pro-Am category in Race 1 before securing fourth place in Race 2. The results promoted Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport to second place in both the Teams' and Drivers' standings, strengthening its championship ambitions for the remainder of the season.
