Hybrid and Electric Options Announced for the New Citroën C5 Aircross

Citroën has shared the technical and equipment details of the new generation of its C-SUV model, the C5 Aircross. The C5 Aircross, with its refreshed design and hybrid and fully electric engine options, has been launched in the Turkish market. The model is offered in two trim levels: Plus and Max.

Hybrid Version Prices
The new C5 Aircross is now available with a 1.2 Hybrid 145 HP eDCS6 engine option featuring 48V hybrid technology. The announced turnkey prices are as follows:
C5 Aircross 1.2 Hybrid Plus: 2,550,000 TL
C5 Aircross 1.2 Hybrid Max: 2,700,000 TL
A special launch price of 2,200,000 TL is available for the Hybrid Plus version until the end of December.
Electric ë-C5 Aircross Prices
The fully electric ë-C5 Aircross is offered with a 157 kW (210 HP) engine and a 73 kWh battery. The prices for the electric version are as follows:
ë-C5 Aircross Plus: 2,330,000 TL
ë-C5 Aircross Max: 3,100,000 TL

Technical Specifications
The new C5 Aircross is 150 mm longer than the previous generation, reaching a length of 4,622 mm, and 50 mm wider, reaching a width of 1,902 mm. The wheelbase has increased by 60 mm to 2,784 mm. The model's trunk volume is 565 liters.
The 48V hybrid system used in the hybrid version does not require external charging. It is stated that the C5 Aircross Hybrid 145 can travel in electric mode for up to 50% of its power in city driving.
The fully electric ë-C5 Aircross offers a range of up to 520 kilometers. The model's charging times are shared as follows:
7.4 kW AC charging: 6 hours 45 minutes between 20-80%,
11 kW AC charging: 4 hours 30 minutes,
160 kW DC fast charging: 30 minutes.
Turkish Market
The launch of the new C5 Aircross in Turkey was held with the participation of Citroën Global CEO Xavier Chardon. In a statement made at the launch, it was stated that Turkey is the second largest market for Citroën after France. Citroën Turkey Brand Director Bora Duran announced that they have a sales target of 1,500 C5 Aircross units by the end of December and 11,000 units by 2026.
