MAN Truck & Bus Trading Inc. managed to increase its sales in 2025 in the truck market, which experienced fluctuations due to political and economic developments. As the preferred choice of many major companies in fleet sales, both in the tractor and construction segments, MAN secured its place in new fleets thanks to its strong product range and improved supply processes.

MAN Kamyon ve Otobüs Ticaret A.Ş. Kamyon Satış Direktörü Serkan Sara, “Kamyon pazarı, 2025’in ilk çeyreğinde güçlü büyüme sinyalleri vermesine rağmen, yılın devamında eko-politik gelişmelere bağlı dalgalanmalar yaşadı. Yaşananların da etkisiyle pazar yılı, 2024 ile benzer seviyelerde kapatacak görünüyor. MAN olarak, sabit kalan pazarda satışlarımızı geçen yıla kıyasla yüzde 10 seviyelerinde artırmayı başardık” dedi.

Speaking at the MAN Truck & Bus Turkey Annual Review Meeting, Serkan Sara, Director of Truck Sales at MAN Truck & Bus Turkey, shared the following about the company's 2025 sales strategies and 2026 targets:
“The high demand in the first quarter of 2025 had increased our hopes for a stronger year. However, due to political and economic developments, fluctuations in exchange rates, difficulties in accessing banking loans, and high interest rates, the truck market lagged behind the first quarter performance. With the performance of the last nine months, marked by increasing competition and promotional campaigns, it appears that the total market for 2025 will close at the same level as the previous year. In this stable market, MAN has increased its total sales volume by 10 percent compared to the previous year.”
In 2025, we gained new business partners.
Thanks to the strategies we implemented to achieve this result, we achieved significant fleet sales with our wide range of products spread across both the automotive and construction segments. We became the first choice of many leading companies in our country in both the logistics and construction sectors. Although we struggled to keep up with the increase in demand in the market in the last three years, this year we improved our supply processes and supplied the desired number of vehicles in each product group. In this way, we met the demands of many companies that we could not meet in the past and gained new business partners. Our vehicles took their place in new fleets and managed to differentiate themselves from their competitors with the successful business results they achieved.
We trained our sales teams with the Aslan Training Program.
As MAN, in line with our goal of further increasing customer satisfaction, we continued our training programs for our employees throughout the year. In this context, we informed our entire sales team about the latest technical and economic developments with the three-day Aslan Training Program we held in Antalya in October. At the end of this process, where team spirit was strongly felt, we rewarded our team members who passed the exam with the Aslan Certificate. Following this event, where morale and motivation were high, the fact that our entire team was revitalized increased our expectations for 2026.
We continued to be a solution partner for mega construction projects
In 2025, we continued to be a solution partner in many mega construction projects of critical importance for our country, with our durable and economical vehicles suitable for all superstructure groups. We reinforced the strong mark we left in mega projects such as the third airport, the third bridge, and highways, by successfully completing important and challenging projects in 2025.
MAN electric tractor exceeds 5 million kilometers
MAN, a pioneer in sustainability with its vehicles developed for carbon-free road freight transport, once again demonstrated its success on European roads with its new generation electric trucks. MAN Truck & Bus' fully electric trucks demonstrate high reliability and performance, especially in daily operations in Europe. MAN eTrucks, actively operating in the fleets of leading European logistics companies, have covered more than 5 million kilometers since the beginning of 2025, proving their practical suitability and efficiency in the transport sector. With an average consumption of 90 kWh per 100 kilometers, the MAN eTGX has provided its customers with savings of approximately 3,600 tons of CO₂. Approximately 200 battery-electric trucks, delivered to customers before series production, operate entirely on green electricity, making a significant contribution to sustainable transport. Compared to diesel trucks, the savings achieved, when evaluated based on total kilometers, also amount to approximately 3,600 tons of CO₂. Considering lifetime performance, it is predicted that electric trucks can generate CO₂ savings of up to 172,000 tons. This figure is equivalent to the annual carbon emissions of a city with a population of 32,000.
We will continue to offer the most appropriate solutions to our business partners in 2026.
As MAN, we foresee that the effects of economic policies implemented to reduce inflation will continue in 2026. As a result, we believe that the difficulties experienced, especially in interest rate levels and access to credit conditions, will continue to affect the current demand in the new year. Our expectation is that political and economic developments will continue to shape the market in 2026. However, despite all this, we will continue to stand by our business partners by setting the right goals and offering the most appropriate solutions in line with their needs.”
