The BMW X5 and BMW X7 have returned to Turkish roads

Borusan Otomotiv, the Turkish distributor of BMW, has relaunched the BMW X5 and BMW X7, powerful representatives of BMW's premium SAV (Sports Activity Vehicle) family, with the xDrive40d engine option. BMW aims to further strengthen its position in the premium SAV market with both models, offered in Turkey with a rich standard equipment level.

The BMW X5 and BMW X7 models, long awaited by BMW enthusiasts, are now available again in the Turkish market. These luxury icons of on-road and off-road driving, featuring advanced digital technologies, high-comfort equipment, and efficient diesel engines with 48V mild hybrid support, are now available at Borusan Automotive Authorized Dealers.

Combining BMW's intelligent xDrive all-wheel-drive system with high-performance diesel engine technology, these models offer a balance of driving comfort, handling, and efficiency. The BMW X5 xDrive40d and BMW X7 xDrive40d, both equipped with 3-liter mild hybrid diesel engines, offer a wide range of body colors, upholstery, and interior trim options, providing users with unique personalization possibilities.

The BMW X5 M Sport and BMW X7 M Excellence design packages, featuring BMW's current design language and advanced equipment features, are available in Turkey.

The BMW X5 boasts a sporty and modern SAV stance with adaptive LED headlights, iconic Glow BMW kidney grilles, and wheel options up to 22 inches. Both models feature the BMW Curved Display, powered by BMW Operating System 8.5. BMW Live Cockpit Professional offers a fully digital 12.3-inch instrument display, a 14.9-inch high-resolution control screen, and a Head-Up Display, providing a customizable digital experience tailored to the driver.

The BMW X5's interior offers a driver-focused and sporty atmosphere. The modern cockpit design, with its reduced number of physical buttons, is supported by the BMW Personal Voice Assistant; while the Crafted Clarity glass-faced gear selector, iDrive controller, and start/stop button reinforce the premium feel. Both models feature Adaptive Dual-Axle Air Suspension with an adjustment range of up to 80 mm to adapt to road conditions; while the Executive Drive Pro system in the BMW X7 minimizes body roll thanks to its electromechanical active body stabilization system. Integral Active Steering in both models increases maneuverability at low speeds and enhances driving stability at high speeds.

Safety and Driving Assistance Systems

The BMW X5 and BMW X7, with Driving Assistant Professional, offer active steering intervention up to 210 km/h, enabling semi-autonomous driving. Parking Assistant Professional projects a three-dimensional view of the vehicle's surroundings onto the control screen and, if necessary, allows for driverless parking via the My BMW app, making entering and exiting parking spaces, especially in tight ones, easier.

Hardware, Sound, and Personalization

The BMW X5 offers a high-quality audio experience with its 464-watt Harman Kardon Surround Sound System, while the BMW X7 delivers a superior acoustic experience with its 1,475-watt Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound System. M Sport interior and exterior design details, wheel options, M Aerodynamic Packages, M Sport brake discs, and Alcantara headliner are interpreted differently to reflect the character of each model.
