National karting driver Ayşe Çebi completed the 2025 season as the Turkish Karting Champion in the Senior category. Drawing attention with her consistent and high-level performance throughout the season, the 17-year-old athlete secured pole position in four races and set the fastest lap time in four races as well. Ayşe Çebi also broke the Uşak circuit record, leaving behind a challenging yet highly successful season.

In the Motul 2025 Turkish Karting Championship, which consisted of a total of seven rounds, the driver who claimed the Senior category title was Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport pilot Ayşe Çebi. Competing against a field of 20 drivers—18 of whom were male—the national athlete reached the podium in six of the seven rounds and, with three race victories, emerged as one of the most consistent and standout competitors of the season.
Outstanding Performance Across 7 Races
Delivering an outstanding performance throughout the championship held at the Istanbul, Kocaeli, and Uşak circuits, Ayşe Çebi once again demonstrated her competitive strength by securing pole position in four races and setting the fastest lap in four races as well. The lap record she broke at the Uşak circuit stood out as one of the most remarkable achievements of the season.
In the 4th and 5th rounds of the championship, Çebi achieved a unique feat by winning every session—qualifying, two heat races, the semifinal, and the final—thereby becoming the only driver to score the maximum possible points in a single round. This accomplishment marked one of the most dominant performances of the season.
Çebi: “I Never Gave Up, I Earned the Championship Deservedly”
Demonstrating determination, professionalism, and success throughout the season, Ayşe Çebi proved that women can have a strong presence in motorsports and became an inspiration for the next generation of athletes. Noting that her season was marked by some very tough battles, Çebi stated:“Breaking so many records, winning races, and managing to come back despite all the challenges I faced meant a great deal to me. Even though I was 45 points behind after the second race, I never gave up. When I look at the season as a whole, I believe I more than deserved the championship. As a team, we had an incredibly successful year. I would especially like to thank my team, Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport, our mechanic Sebastian, and Şamil. My biggest thanks also go to the wonderful people who supported me.”
