Audi Nuvolari Unveiled as a 1,001 PS Hybrid Supercar Limited to 499 Units

Audi Nuvolari has been unveiled as the brand’s latest flagship supercar, combining high-performance hybrid technology with engineering expertise inspired by Formula 1. Limited to just 499 units, the model will become the most powerful production Audi ever built, delivering 1,001 PS and a top speed exceeding 350 km/h.

Customer deliveries are scheduled to begin in the first half of 2027. The Nuvolari accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds and pairs electrification with extreme performance through an advanced hybrid powertrain. At its core is a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine working alongside three axial-flux electric motors.

As the first production model to showcase Audi’s new design philosophy, the Nuvolari features a mid-engine layout, extensive carbon-fiber elements, and an aerodynamically optimized body. Finished in Audi’s signature Titanium color, the supercar highlights the brand’s technical and performance-focused identity.

The new quattro predictive ride system continuously analyzes driving conditions to optimize torque distribution, braking inputs, and aerodynamic settings. Formula 1-inspired technologies, including an active aerodynamic package and Drag Reduction System (DRS), further enhance efficiency and stability at high speeds.

Additional highlights include a carbon-enhanced Audi Space Frame architecture, forged center-lock wheels, and the new Audi Ceramic Pro braking system. Named after legendary racing driver Tazio Nuvolari, the model represents Audi’s vision for the future by combining electrified performance, advanced engineering, and motorsport-inspired innovation in a single halo car.
