Pirelli was ranked among the "Top 1%" as the only tire manufacturer in the world in the S&P Global 2026 Sustainability Yearbook.
Pirelli has once again been ranked among the "Top 1% of companies" in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026, becoming the only tire manufacturer worldwide to achieve this feat.

Pirelli has once again been included in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook, which features companies that excel in sustainability performance across their sectors. In the 2026 list, which evaluated over 9,200 companies by S&P Global, Pirelli is the only tire manufacturer worldwide to be included in the “Top 1%”.
Giovanni Tronchetti Provera, Vice President of Pirelli Sustainability, New Mobility and Motorsport, stated: “Pirelli’s continued ranking in the top 1% in the 2026 Sustainability Yearbook is a significant confirmation of our company’s long-term transformation journey. Innovative development and responsible growth are central to our operational decisions. Continuous investment in technology, transparent management across the entire value chain, and a strong focus on safety, competencies, and human resource development reinforce our competitiveness and our ability to create long-term value for all our stakeholders.”
Being ranked within the “Top 1%” in the 2026 Sustainability Yearbook is considered the highest level of recognition given by S&P Global. This assessment is based on an analysis of the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) performance of more than 9,200 companies worldwide.
This result reflects Pirelli’s achievement of 86 points in its 2025 Corporate Sustainability Assessment. This score is the highest ever achieved in both the Automotive Components and Automotive sectors.
