Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Istanbul describes 2025 as a year of success defined by loyalty, timeless design, and exceptional experiences. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars celebrates its Bespoke achievements, trends, and innovations in 2025. A total of 5,664 vehicles were commissioned worldwide, with the Rolls-Royce Cullinan being the most in-demand model, followed by the Spectre.

2025 marked a year in which the boundaries of creativity were pushed in the world of Rolls-Royce Bespoke, with significant developments spanning art and craftsmanship, material innovation, and the commissioning experience. This year also represented the first full year of operation for the brand’s Private Offices in Dubai, Seoul, Shanghai, and New York, alongside the original Private Office in Goodwood. These exclusive creative and social spaces deepened collaboration with clients more than ever before, contributing to Private Office commissions more than doubling year-on-year. Many of these highly personal visions led to the introduction of entirely new techniques, materials, and approaches throughout 2025.
Disciplines such as embroidery, marquetry, and printing were reimagined in sculptural form, expanding both conceptual and physical dimensions. Innovations included self-supporting thread structures for 3D embroidery, specially developed 3D ink layering techniques, and intricate 3D marquetry applications. New materials such as 24-carat gold detailing, polished concrete, and a patented fragrance concept developed specifically for Rolls-Royce interiors further enriched the brand’s creative repertoire. Innovations such as the fully hand-painted Starlight Headliner showcased how traditional craftsmanship continues to evolve within the Rolls-Royce universe.
Demand for the Bespoke Programme was clearly reflected in the 5,664 vehicles produced and delivered to clients worldwide in 2025.
Building for the Future of Bespoke
As clients explore ever more ambitious Bespoke designs, supported by the global Private Office network, Rolls-Royce continues to build a stronger future. During the year, expansion works at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood progressed rapidly. Construction above ground began in February 2025, and by November the structure was weatherproof.
This investment of over £300 million will provide modern, expanded facilities for the Bespoke and Coachbuild departments, enabling the fulfilment of increasingly complex and sophisticated commissions. The first technologies are scheduled to become operational in the new building from 2026, with the project expected to be completed by the end of the decade.
Distinctive Creative Themes
Vehicles produced in 2025 revealed a wide array of distinctive creative themes. Some commissions drew inspiration from personal stories, family journeys, and intergenerational bonds, centring on themes of heritage and affection. Others were inspired by nature or reinterpreted art, architecture, and cultural symbols through a contemporary lens. Together, they represent the most compelling creative directions of the year and illustrate how the meaning of creating a Rolls-Royce continues to expand.
Below are some of the defining Bespoke themes and innovations that stood out over the past 12 months.
Family, Memories, and Legacy
Many 2025 Bespoke commissions reflected personal heritage and significant life milestones, drawing inspiration from childhood letters, intergenerational gifts, celestial references, and love stories.
Spectre SoulmateThis deeply personal Bespoke commission was created to honour a couple’s extraordinary shared journey. Born in the same hospital, the couple later reunited, raised their children together, and built a meaningful success story.
Bespoke details include a Starlight Headliner depicting the constellations visible over Kuala Lumpur on the day their story began, with the same date elegantly engraved on the air vents. The car also symbolises the realisation of a 45-year-old dream: at the age of 10, the client had written to the brand’s then CEO expressing the hope of one day owning a Rolls-Royce.
Spectre BaileyCommissioned by a long-standing Rolls-Royce family in the United States, Spectre Bailey is a unique creation dedicated to the family’s beloved dog. The exterior features a distinctive two-tone finish inspired by the soft hues of a Labrador–Golden Retriever mix, complemented by a hand-painted paw-print coachline motif.
Inside, a highly realistic marquetry portrait of Bailey is set into the Waterfall section between the rear seats. The interior colour palette mirrors the dog’s soft fur tones, creating a harmonious and characterful environment.
Cullinan CosmosCommissioned by a family united by a shared fascination with space and galaxies, Cullinan Cosmos celebrates this theme through a constellation of Bespoke details reflecting the majesty of the stars. At its centre is a Starlight Headliner, a Rolls-Royce first, fully hand-painted by an in-house artist using 20 layers of paint over more than 160 hours.
Ghost Extended FoundationCommissioned by the owner of a leading construction company, this Ghost Extended was designed as a refined gesture of appreciation for the company’s employees, celebrating personal milestones within the team.
One standout detail is the rotary controller, crafted from material used in one of the company’s landmark architectural projects and meticulously finished in polished concrete.
Nature, Place, and Elements
As clients continued to draw inspiration from nature to express resilience, renewal, and serenity, these Bespoke creations combined traditional craftsmanship with innovative materials and techniques.
Phantom Extended Cherry BlossomInspired by Japan’s Hanami tradition, Phantom Cherry Blossom pays tribute to the fleeting beauty of Sakura blossoms in spring. Commissioned by a Japanese client, the Phantom Extended features over 250,000 stitches in the interior and a Starlight Headliner adorned with cascading cherry branches rendered in exquisite detail.
Black Badge Cullinan DaisyCommissioned by a client with a lifelong passion for hiking, Black Badge Cullinan Daisy draws inspiration from wildflowers encountered on a favourite trail in the High Tatra Mountains. The hand-painted daisy motif on the coachline reflects themes of perseverance and resilience drawn from nature.
Art, Culture, and Modern Collectibles
From vintage video games and historic couture designs to ancient murals, clients brought a broad range of artistic movements, historical materials, cultural symbols, and emerging collectible interests into the Bespoke world.
Black Badge Ghost GamerInspired by the iconic 8-bit world of vintage video games, Black Badge Ghost Gamer features immersive Bespoke details and subtle “Easter eggs” reminiscent of the joystick era. Commissioned by a technology entrepreneur from the Asia-Pacific region, the car is completed with a “Cheeky Alien” coachline motif composed of individually hand-painted pixels.
Phantom DentelleCommissioned through Private Office Dubai, Phantom Dentelle is a unique creation dedicated to couture lace artistry. Inspired by rare Leavers loom fabric, delicate three-dimensional lace textures are translated through embroidery into the Gallery and rear Waterfall sections.
Phantom Year of the DragonCommissioned by a Chinese client to celebrate the Year of the Dragon, this one-of-a-kind Phantom Extended offers a contemporary tribute to one of China’s legendary figures. Inspired by the myth of two dragons and a sacred pearl, the design symbolises benevolence, harmony, and enlightenment throughout the interior.
A Tribute to Chinese Mural ArtCommissioned via Private Office Shanghai, this series of three unique vehicles draws inspiration from the murals of Dunhuang, a historic Silk Road centre. The Silken Spirit motif, inspired by imperial silk and the Spirit of Ecstasy, unites the commissions across exterior coachlines, embroidery, marquetry, and illuminated details.
An Unforgettable Collection at the Pinnacle of a 100-Year Legacy
The Bespoke innovations presented throughout 2025 reflect Rolls-Royce’s core philosophy: vision first, followed by the shaping of technology and materials to serve that vision.
A tangible embodiment of this approach is the Phantom Centenary Private Collection, developed over three years and requiring more than 40,000 hours of meticulous craftsmanship. Created to honour the 100th anniversary of the Phantom nameplate, the collection is limited to just 25 examples and stands as the most technologically advanced and creatively ambitious Private Collection in Rolls-Royce history.
The car features a Bespoke two-tone exterior inspired by the elegance of Hollywood’s black-and-white era, with an Arctic White lower body, a Black upper body, and a bespoke Super Champagne Crystal finish. Its timeless character is crowned by a solid gold Spirit of Ecstasy.
Inside, the collection tells Phantom’s extraordinary story through exceptional Bespoke features, including rear seats upholstered in high-resolution printed fabric developed with a couture atelier and embroidered with 160,000 stitches, a Starlight Headliner featuring over 440,000 stitches depicting key moments in Phantom history, and the most complex wood marquetry ever created by Rolls-Royce, incorporating 3D marquetry, 3D ink layering, and 24-carat gold detailing.
Expanding the Bespoke Narrative
In 2025, the expansion of the Bespoke world extended beyond automobiles. Clients expressed a desire to reflect their tastes and preferences within their personal and professional spaces. In response, Rolls-Royce introduced an expanding collection of lifestyle products that bring Bespoke exclusivity into clients’ homes and work environments.
One of the highlights was the Rolls-Royce Chess Set, unveiled in 2025 and inspired by the interest in chess among a segment of the brand’s clientele. Reimagined as a sculptural, handcrafted object for the home, each set features a theatrical opening mechanism, leather-lined drawers, magnetised ceramic-coated aluminium pieces, and a polished aluminium board. Clients can personalise the set using veneers and leather colours inspired by Rolls-Royce Bespoke interiors.
Among the most popular items was the Rolls-Royce Cameo desktop sculpture, introduced in 2025 with a bold Black Badge design.
Sustained Regional and Turkish Success
Demand for the Bespoke Programme was again demonstrated by the 5,664 vehicles produced for clients worldwide in 2025. The UK, Europe, and Central Asia sales region recorded its highest-ever number of customer deliveries.
This strong performance underscores Rolls-Royce’s enduring philosophy of individualisation rather than volume. As a luxury brand, Rolls-Royce’s goal is not merely to build “the best car in the world,” but to create vehicles that reflect their owners’ identities and exceed expectations.
As the sole authorised dealer in Türkiye, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Istanbul once again demonstrated sustainable success in 2025. Bespoke orders reflected continued demand, while Spectre—the brand’s first fully electric model—remained a leading model in its second year. Black Badge Spectre was introduced in Türkiye for the first time toward the end of 2025.
Hilal Aysal, General Manager of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Istanbul, commented:“Seeing how far our business has come over the past decade is a great source of pride and happiness for me. This special success is the natural result of our team’s passion, dedication, and determination to exceed our customers’ ever-growing expectations.”
She added:“Our commitment to keeping Rolls-Royce exclusive and rare remains as strong as ever. This philosophy is further reinforced by the unique Bespoke projects we bring to life for our clients.”
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Istanbul also reaffirmed its long-term vision in Türkiye, preparing to open a new authorised service centre in Beykoz, Istanbul, in the first half of 2026.
Chris Brownridge, Chief Executive of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, concluded:“2025 will be remembered as a year defined by thematic diversity, global collaboration, and artistic innovation. The extraordinary realisation of these themes is made possible by the exceptional talent at the Home of Rolls-Royce, the Bespoke Collective, and our expanding Private Office creative spaces. Each car uniquely reflects its owner’s vision, together showcasing the innovation, craftsmanship, and cultural depth that define Rolls-Royce today.”
